XCCommerce, a provider of enterprise omnichannel promotion and incentive technology, has announced the appointment of Murali Sundararajan to its board of directors.

Sundararajan recently served as Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Victoria’s Secret & Co. During his decade long tenure, he oversaw teams of more than 1,000 technology professionals supporting digital commerce and retail operations across more than 800 stores.

His accomplishments include leading a more than $150 million digital and data transformation programme encompassing e-commerce modernisation, order management, pricing and promotions, and customer facing platforms.

Sundararajan also spent 15 years at Lowe’s Home Improvement, where he helped shape enterprise architecture and retail innovation, including a more than $680 million technology transformation across 1,800 stores. He currently serves as an advisor to Safe Security and an investor and advisor to Graphio.ai.

“Murali brings an exceptional combination of retail technology expertise and firsthand knowledge of working with promotions, incentives and loyalty programs,” says Danny Rosenoff, CEO at XCCommerce.

“Murali has been a valued and trusted partner over the years, and his insights will be invaluable as we accelerate innovation, expand our enterprise presence and help retailers modernise their promotion strategies.”

“Flexible, scalable and reliable promotion technology is critical to a retailer’s business success,” says Sundararajan. “In this new era, where personalisation, AI and omnichannel execution are transforming how consumers engage with retailers, XCCommerce sits in a leadership position, helping retailers navigate this evolution. I’m excited to work with their team and expand the company’s impact across retail.”
